The villa, a 20 year old private home, has been recently completely refurbished and refurnished with loving attention to providing comfortable stay.

The accommodation is arranged as a single living area on one floor with a large garage underneath. It comprises a fully equipped kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge and a full range of cooking equipment) living area with a traditional stone fireplace, hi-fi stereo, electric heater (for winter season) and a dining area with a table and six chairs. It is also possible to have the meals outside on the terrace enjoying the view of the sea and under the shade of the olive trees.

Area Description

The island Hvar is one of the most beautiful islands in the middle of Dalmatia. With 2700 hours per year it is the island with the most sun in middle Europe.
In May 1997 Hvar was listed in the American travel guide Journal Traveler as one of the 10 most beautiful islands of the world, (among Anguilla, Bali, Bora Bora, Capri...).

With direct flights between London and Split (Croatia Airlines) it is also very fast and convenient to get to the island of Hvar. For this reason many people enjoy pre- (April, May) and post-season (September, October) which are generally not crowded with tourists as high season and benefit fully from the unique Mediterranean climate.
