Property Details
This is a 18C house which has been stylishly renovated to a high standard. It's one of the few good rental properties on Vis, and is perfectly positioned on the quiet, more "upmarket" side of the bay in Kut - famous for its Venetian buildings.
Area Description
Kut is on the quiet side of the beautiful Bay of Vis, with many of the best restaurants and a small quayside (the main one is over on the Vis Town side). It's known for its lovely Venetian architecture, cobbled streets, spills of bougainvillia and a charming uncommercial atmosphere. You can walk out of our front door and dive into the turquoise sea, while the nearest beach is just a ten minute walk away.
Transport
A car is not necessary
Airport coach to ferryport in Split, then several ferries a day taking 1-2hrs to Vis. Once on the island, you can walk around the bay to the house (about 20 mins) or take a short taxi ride. A car is unnecessary, except maybe for a day or two of exploration. Most places are walkable, there is a local bus, and we provide bicycles.
